Missing person in Tennessee. On November 13, 2018, 25-year-old Kacey Nicole Burns Carter was last seen at the Bradley County Jail in Cleveland, Tennessee. That day marked the start of a chilling mystery. According to her husband, Malcolm Carter, Kacey later left their home on High Street with an unidentified Hispanic male. The man drove a white Volkswagen Jetta, and Malcolm believed they were headed to Georgia — possibly Atlanta.
No one has seen Kacey since.
