Unfortunately, a lot of people think they can handle psychological problems on their own, without help from anyone else. But it is very hard to get through difficult situations that cause emotional pain without professional help.
It is important to keep your mental health in good shape so that you can solve problems in an integrated way. We plan to post different kinds of information in the relevant section.

- audio practice for self-soothing, exercises for psychological and muscle relaxation, meditation, and a list of things to do in case of emotional upheaval;
- materials for parents on how to help their children in hard times, like when they lose a pet.
We’d love to have professionals on our team, as well as volunteers with a basic education in psychology or an incomplete higher-level specialized education. To join our large team, all you have to do is fill out the feedback form, and our staff will get in touch with you as soon as possible.
