Missing Teen from Mattapan: Help Find Sally Phillips

Missing person in Massachusetts. A 16-year-old girl is missing. Her name is Sally Phillips. Boston Police say she disappeared from her neighborhood in Mattapan on May 15, 2025.
She was last seen near Astoria Street. That Thursday afternoon was the last time anyone heard from her. Since then, her trail has gone cold.
Who Is Sally Phillips?
Sally is a 16-year-old Black female. She stands 5 feet 5 inches tall and weighs about 120 pounds. Her build is described as thin.
Police believe she may not be alone. Investigators say she could be with two other missing teens — Ashton Willis-Leblanc and Nasario McLean. The three may be traveling together.
Sally is known in her neighborhood. Friends describe her as kind but quiet. Teachers at her local school said she is respectful and engaged. Her sudden disappearance came as a shock to those around her.
Where She Was Last Seen
The last confirmed sighting was on Astoria Street in Mattapan. That area is residential but close to several transit routes. This means Sally could have easily left the neighborhood quickly.
Officers canvassed the area and spoke with locals. So far, no additional leads have surfaced. Cameras along bus and train routes are now under review.
Why Police Are Concerned
Sally’s age makes her case high-priority. Teens are vulnerable to many dangers, especially when alone or in the wrong company.
Her possible connection to other missing youth adds urgency. Three teens disappearing around the same time raises red flags.
Police have not released details on what ties them together. However, they stress the importance of locating all three quickly. Safety is their top concern.
